Meet Elexis Mendez, LMT
I’m a licensed massage therapist in Portland, Oregon. I've been massaging for over five years, and I've helped people from all walks of life and with all body types feel their best, reduce their pain, and regain mobility. I believe that every body is different and that everyone deserves to have a massage tailored to their needs and goals.
I'm passionate about creating a calm, respectful, and safe environment for people to relax, recover, and heal in both body and soul.
Philosophy
Every body is different. I begin every massage with an intake discussion in which I listen carefully to your needs, concerns, and goals. While I'm always happy to simply apply my knowledge and give the kind of massage I think is best, I love to collaborate with my clients, finding the exact treatments, pressures, and massage flows that help them heal, recover, and relax.
Helping people regain mobility, reduce chronic pain, and ultimately be able to live their lives fully is what drives me as a massage therapist. Every one of my clients receives my full attention along with practical aftercare steps and simple tips to continue feeling their best.
